Flora Tripp

Flora Tripp was a strong supporter of the visual arts in London, Ontario, and an avid art collector.

Born in Ottawa and raised in Arnprior, Flora Ferguson married Ian Tripp and moved to London where Ian worked for many years as comptroller at Western University. Their children were born in London.

Flora Tripp was a vital member of London’s visual arts community and developed enduring friendships with many artists. With Ian, she avidly collected works by regional artists and generously supported cultural organizations in the city, notably McIntosh Gallery.
