Victoria Stasiuk is active in building resilience in the cultural sector through digital strategies and online and onsite experiences linked to the mission and mandate of cultural organizations. Consulting projects and employment in the last twenty years have focused on maximizing existing cultural assets of communities to increase community engagement, audiences, revenue, tourism, and economic development revitalization. Projects and clients have included Museum London, Forest City Gallery, the London Arts Council, the Oakville Arts Council, the Toronto Public Library, and Western University.

Recent speaking engagements have included Cleveland, USA and London, Ontario, as well as the University of Chester, United Kingdom.

In 2022, Victoria Stasiuk received funding from the Canada Council of the Arts as an InterArts Professional. She is active at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection as a Public Tours Docent and is currently is a member of the Ontario Museum Association, Arts Consultants Canada, and the Museum Computer Network.

Victoria Stasiuk lived in London, Ontario from 1997 to 2011. During this time, she worked for Orchestra London, Forest City Gallery, Elgin County Tourism and Economic Development, as well as the City of London as a Heritage and Museum Coordinator, Landmarks London Coordinator, and Celebrate 150 Coordinator. More recently, she has been involved with Older Adult online symposiums hosted by Museum London. She also participates in WikiTuesdays, a peer learning network coordinated by the librarians of Western University.

Significantly, as President and Vice-President of the London Arts Council, Victoria Stasiuk led a community consultation process between the City of London and the arts community resulting in arts funding was increased from $45,000 to $200,000 for community arts organizations and individuals. The London Arts Council revised their structure to take on additional responsibility as an allocations and adjudication body.
